Propagation conditions: Degraded at high latitudes on 30-Oct due to PCA.
Degradations near equatorial regions during local midnight-dawn hours are
possible.
Mild degradations at mid-high latitudes over 6-7 Nov.
T index: 116

and is current for 29-31 Oct.
3. OUTLOOK (06 NOVEMBER - 06 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
None expected outside of coronal mass ejection events.
