over 25-28, mild depressions possible over 29-31 Oct,
particularly in the southern Australian region.

Propagation conditions: Mostly normal over 25-28 Oct.
Mild degradations are possible over 29-31 Oct, particularly
at higher latitudes. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.

3. OUTLOOK (01 NOVEMBER - 01 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
17-Nov, 21-Nov, 25-27 Nov.
