Propagation conditions: Fair on 08-09 Dec, otherwise 
normal. Isolated SWFs possible impacting lower
HF frequencies.

and is current for 05-07 Dec. ASWFC Preliminary HF Communications 
Warning 97 was issued on 06 December and is current for 07-09 Dec.

3. OUTLOOK (14 DECEMBER - 13 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
25-28 Dec,  31-Dec, 04-05 Jan.
