3. OUTLOOK (19 AUGUST - 18 SEPTEMBER)
Low levels of solar ionizing radiation will likely result in lower
than predicted MUFs. Degraded HF propagation conditions possible.

timescale events that cannot be forecast a week in advance,
particularly at solar maximum.
