1. SUMMARY (20 AUGUST - 26 AUGUST)

   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed 20-40% 00, 02-04, 13-19, 21 UT at Darwin.

      Near predicted monthly values at other times.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Some depressions to 20% 00-06, 11-13 UT, otherwise
      mostly near predicted monthly values. Hobart MUFs

   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed 20-40% starting to recover in the last
      few hours.

      Depressed 20-30% 02, 11, 15, 18 UT, depressed

   Southern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Some
      depressions to 20% 00-02, 11-15, 22-23 UT.

      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.

MUFS: briefly depressed after local dawn on 27 Aug
MUFs near predicted monthly values on other days.

Propagation conditions: Fair on 27 Aug. Otherwise normal. SWFs possible early in
week.

T index: 80
IPS SWF HF Communications Warning 43 was issued on 26 August 
and is current for 27-29 Aug.

3. OUTLOOK (03 SEPTEMBER - 03 OCTOBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
No significant degraded periods expected.
