MUFS: Minor to moderate MUF depressions possible,  mainly 
at mid and high latitudes on 23, 24 and 25 February, otherwise 
MUFs near predicted monthly values.

Propagation conditions: Mostly normal, minor to moderate 
degradations possible, mainly at mid and high latitudes on 
23, 24 and 25 February. No SWFs.

3. OUTLOOK (29 FEBRUARY - 30 MARCH)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
17 to 18 March.
