Propagation conditions: Normal to fair April 9 - 12. Normal at other times.

3. OUTLOOK (13 APRIL - 13 MAY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions expected between April 29 - May 1 and
between May 5 - May 7. Otherwise no major significant degraded periods
expected.
