2. FORECAST (20 JANUARY - 26 JANUARY) 
MUFS: MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Enhancements possible for low to mid latitudes due to 
increased solar X-ray flux levels. Possible disturbed periods
for high latitudes 20Jan-21Jan due to coronal hole effects. 

Propagation conditions: Expect mostly Normal. Possibility of
SWfs due to increased solar activity from active region 1041.

3. OUTLOOK (27 JANUARY - 26 FEBRUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
No signficant degraded periods expected.
