at Townsville with enhancments to 25% 05-08 and 18-19
UT.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25%
observed after 17 UT at most stations.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.
Predicted Monthly T index for December: 34
2. FORECAST (15 DECEMBER - 21 DECEMBER)
MUFS: Near predicted monthly values to 25% depressed.
Propagation conditions: Fair to normal. No SWFs. Summertime
sporadic E may disrupt/degrade communications.
T index: 20
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 31 was issued on 14
December and is current for interval 15 December only.
3. OUTLOOK (22 DECEMBER - 21 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: No signficant
degraded periods expected.
