MUFS: MUFs near predicted monthly values. MUFs likely to be
depressed to about 20% from 28 to 31 March
Propagation conditions: Normal. No SWFs
T index:   3 (-5 later in week)

3. OUTLOOK (01 APRIL - 01 MAY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
No signficant degraded periods expected.
