MUFS: Depressed MUFs possible mainly Equatorial/N Aus 
regions due to low solar activity. MUFs near predicted 
monthly values S Aus/Antarctic regions. 
Propagation conditions: Fair-Normal. No SWFs
T index:   -30 Equatorial/N Aus regions. 4 S Aus/Antarctic regions.
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 20 was issued on 2 December 
and is current for interval  3-4 December. 
3. OUTLOOK (10 DECEMBER - 09 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
Variable degradations expected mainly Equatorial/N Aus regions 
extending at times to Central Aus latitudes.

PLEASE NOTE:
Space weather conditions can frequently be determined by short 
timescale events that cannot be forecast a week in advance,
particularly at solar maximum.
