MUFS: Depressions of 15-30% at times, primarily for
northern Australian/Equatorial regions, otherwise MUFs
mostly near predicted monthly values.
Propagation conditions: Normal, degrading to fair at times. No SWFs
T index:    0
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 16 was issued on 16 October
and is current for interval  17 October only. 
3. OUTLOOK (24 OCTOBER - 23 NOVEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
28 Oct - 4 Nov, 11-15 Nov.
