COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 1 was issued on 2 January
and is current for interval  3-4 January. 
3. OUTLOOK (10 JANUARY - 09 FEBRUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
15-19 Jan, 29 Jan to 1 Feb.
