COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 42 was issued on
18 December and is current for interval 19 December only.
3. OUTLOOK (26 DECEMBER - 25 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible at times for entire
forecast period due to lack of solar regions at the this time
of the solar cycle.
