Propagation conditions: Mostly normal with only a small chance
of SWFs.

13 December and is current for interval  13 December only. 
3. OUTLOOK (20 DECEMBER - 19 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
21-Dec,02-Jan to 04-Jan,17-Jan to 18-Jan.
