			SWFs possible.
T index:   20 06-07 Jan, otherwise 35.

3. OUTLOOK (12 JANUARY - 11 FEBRUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
27-Jan to 01-Feb,04-Feb,09-Feb.
