COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 18 was issued on 10 April and is
current for interval 12-13 April. Coronal hole wind stream induced
activity expected.
3. OUTLOOK (19 APRIL - 19 MAY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
29-Apr to 02-May,10-May.
