COMMENT:Depressed conditions on 12 Mar associated with
coronal hole wind stream induced geomagnetic activity.
Depressed conditions observed 15 Mar possibly
in association with southward interplanetary magnetic
field conditions. Southward IMF conditions are
statistically associated with disturbed conditions.
Predicted Monthly T index for March: 49
2. FORECAST (17 MARCH - 23 MARCH)
MUFS: depressed 15% briefly after local dawn on 19-20Mar,
otherwise MUFs near normal. No SWFs.
Propagation conditions: Fair 19-20 Mar , otherwise normal.
T index: 55
3. OUTLOOK (24 MARCH - 23 APRIL)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
24-Mar,26-Mar to 28-Mar,30-Mar to 31-Mar,05-Apr to 09-Apr,12-Apr to 13-Apr,15-Apr.
PLEASE NOTE:
At this time of the solar cycle, space weather conditions
are frequently determined by short timescale events, not
able to be forecasted a week in advance.
