Propagation conditions: Normal-fair 10-11 Jun, otherwise normal. No SWFs.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 25 was issued on 8 June and is
current for interval  10-11 June. 
3. OUTLOOK (16 JUNE - 16 JULY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: No major depressions expected.
