1. SUMMARY (28 JULY - 03 AUGUST)

      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,

   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Depressed 30% first half UT day,
      Enhanced by 45% later half the UT day.
      Sporadic E blanketing, and absorption 
      observed.


29 Jul   28      Fair-normal       
MUFS:
   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

      Variable overnight depressions, otherwise
      near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:

      Near predicted monthly values with localised
      degradations.

      localised disturbances.

      Near predicted monthly values.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values, with some Spread F
      observed.

2. FORECAST (04 AUGUST - 10 AUGUST) 
MUFS: Near predicted monthly values.
Propagation conditions: Normal. increased chance of
SWFs in second half of forecast period.

3. OUTLOOK (11 AUGUST - 10 SEPTEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
21-Aug to 23-Aug.
