RGN 12428 (S05 W77) - CRO - APPEARS STABLE.

RADIOSPECTROGRAPH OBSERVATIONS: 18-1800 MHZ.
EXPECT SIGNAL ATTENUATION IN 57-180 MHZ RANGE DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAULT.
