RGN 12431 (S17 E11) - HSX - STABLE.

RGN 12432 (S21 W07) - CRO - DECLINING, THREE SPOTS.

RGN 12434 (S08 E53) - EAC - GROWING, BETA-GAMMA-DELTA, 17 SPOTS, AREA 180 MILL.
    MOST OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE REGION IS IN THE LEADING SPOTS.
    TRAILING SPOTS ARE SIMPLE AND PENUMBERLESS.

RADIOSPECTROGRAPH OBSERVATIONS: 18-1800 MHZ.
EXPECT SIGNAL ATTENUATION IN 57-180 MHZ RANGE DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAULT.
