  No H-alpha observations during equipment upgrade.

rgn 12320 (s13 w12) - Eai - Little change in appearance.
                 Weak delta has reappeared in trailing spots.


Radiospectrograph observations: 18-1800 MHz.
Frequencies < 57 MHz and > 180 MHz attenuated due to equipment problem.

  0154UT Weak type III burst.
