decline in spot count.
rgn 11976 (s16 e13) - Eho - Stable.
rgn 11977 (s11 e39) - Eki - Growth in area.
Radiospectrograph observations: 18-1800 MHz.
Frequencies above 60 MHz attenuated due to traking problems.
Occasional moderate/strong type III activity.
Intermittent weak type III activity.
