Plage broken and faint to normal.

local rgn 6992 (s15 e32) - Bxo - Three spots, declining.
Plage scattered and faint.


Radiospectrograph observations: 18-1800 MHz.
57-180 MHz may be attenuated due to tracking problem.

  Occasional moderate/strong type III activity.
  Intermittent weak type III activity.
