Plage scattered and faint.

rgn 11835 (s10 e15) - Dkc - Largely stable.
Plage broken to scattered and faint to normal.

rgn 11836 (n12 e43) - Hax - Stable. Plage faint.

local rgn 7050 (s11 e02) - Axx - Three faint spots. No plage.


Radiospectrograph observations: 18-1800 MHz.
57-180 MHz may be attenuated due to tracking problem.

  0219-0225UT Weak type II, fundamental only, 60-20 MHz,
   estimated shock speed 700 km/s.
  0221UT WEak type III burst.
  0240-0243UT Weak type II, uncertain emission, 45-27 MHz.
  0250-0300UT Moderate type III group, 1800-450 MHz.
