it rotate into view.  Plage broken and faint to normal.

local rgn 6414 (s19 e82) - Hsx - Rotating into view.
Plage faint.


Radiospectrograph observations: 18-1800 MHz.
Reduced signal strength 57-180 MHz due to maintenance.

  Occasional weak type III activity.
