rgn 11195 (s17 w26) - Dho - Stable.
Plage scattered and faint.

rgn 11196 (s30 e01) - Axx - Two faint spots. Plage normal.

rgn 11199 (n20 w22) - Dro - Appears stable.
Plage broken and normal.

rgn 11200 (s18 e45) - Axx - Single dark spot. Plage faint.

local rgn 6351 (n16 w11) - Axx - Two spots. Plage faint.


Radiospectrograph observations: 18-1800 MHz.
Signal attenuation above 180 MHz during upgrade work.

  0219-0231UT Weak type II, fundamental and harmonic,
    estimated shock speed 400 km/s. Associated with
    flare from spottless plage region in NE.
  0225-0226UT Strong type III group.
  Occasional weak type III activity.
