Plage broken to scattered and faint.

rgn 10768 (s09 w51) - Dro - Growing.
Plage scattered and faint.


Radiospectrograph observations: 18-180 MHz.
No observations above 180 MHz during antenna upgrade.

  Moderate type IV continuum IP0000UT evolved into
    moderate type III storm ending 0358UT.
  Occasional strong type III activity.
