STRONG SHOCK DETECTED IN SOLAR WIND AT 27 07 2004 2226UT

Event issued manually as auto detector failed to detect 
this shock due to insuffcient change in solar wind density 
across shock.  Althouh the solar wind speed increased from
600 to 900 km/sec, the north-south component of the IMF has now 
(2317UT) swung back northward and this will probably reduce the 
geoeffectivness of this event.
