On UT day 13-Sep solar flare activity is expected to be R0. The solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected with a chance of G1. HF radio propagation conditions are
expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian
region are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
