Solar flare activity on UT day 31-Jul is expected to be at the R0-R1
level. S0-S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar
wind speed is expected to be light over the UT day. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. Global high frequency radio propagation
conditions are expected to be mostly normal, with fair conditions at
high latitudes. Maximum Usable Frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
