Solar flare activity on UT day 03-Jul is expected to be at the R1-R2
level. S0 solar proton conditions are expected. The solar wind speed
is expected to be strong to very strong following a CME impact during
the UT day. G2 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Global high
frequency radio propagation conditions are expected to become fair
following the CME impact. Maximum Usable Frequencies (MUFs) in the
Australian region are expected to be 15-20% depressed compared with
predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
