Solar flare activity on UT day 21-Jan is expected to be at R1-R2
levels. S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar
wind speed is expected to be very strong. G2-G3 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be fair
to poor. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region
are expected to be 25-50% depressed. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
