Solar activity on UT day 05-Jan is expected to reach R1, with a chance
of R2. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar
wind speed is expected to be high to very high during the UT day. G0
geomagnetic conditions, with a chance of G1, are expected. HF radio
propagation conditions across the Australian region are expected to be
Fair-Normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region are expected to be depressed by up to 10% compared with
predicted monthly values.
