On UT day 28-Feb solar activity is expected to be R0, chance R1. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed is
expected to be moderate. A minor CME disturbance to the solar wind is
expected from late in the UT day on 28-Feb. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are generally expected, with mildly disturbed conditions later in the
UT day. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly
normal, becoming fair to normal late in the UT day. Maximum usable
frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be mostly near
predicted values, with 15% depressions possible from late in the UT
day on 28-Feb for the southern Australian region.
