Solar flare activity on UT day 28-Aug is expected to be at the R0
level, with a chance of R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are
expected. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a slight chance of G2.
Global high frequency radio propagation conditions are expected to be
normal to fair. Maximum Usable Frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 10-15%
depressed. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
