On UT day 28-Sep solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. The solar
wind speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly
normal, with some disturbances to low latitudes. Maximum usable
frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted
values to 20% enhanced. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are
expected.
