Solar activity on UT day 17-Sep is expected to be R0 with a chance of
R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind
is expected to initially be very strong due to coronal hole wind
stream with a declining trend. G0, chance of G1 conditions are
expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly
normal with mildly degraded conditions during night hours. Maximum
usable frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be near
predicted values. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
