Solar activity on UT day 15-Sep is expected to be R0 with a chance of
R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind
is expected to be moderate to very strong. G1-G2 with isolated periods
of G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be mostly normal to mildly degraded.
Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be
near predicted values. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are
expected.
