On UT day 3-Oct solar activity is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance
for R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be very strong. G0-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected with possible isolated periods of
G2. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mildly
degraded, particularly at nighttime. Maximum usable frequencies in the
Australian region are expected to be near predicted values to 25%
depressed. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
