Solar activity on UT day 07-Nov is expected to be at R2-R3 levels. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed is
expected to be strong to very strong. G3-G4 geomagnetic conditions are
expected, due to ongoing coronal hole high speed wind stream effects
combined with two anticipated CME arrivals. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be fair-poor. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% depressed. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
