Solar activity on UT day 28-May is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed is
expected to be moderate to strong. G1 geomagnetic conditions are
expected due to coronal hole high speed wind stream effects. HF radio
propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal to fair, with
degraded conditions at high latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be 15-20% depressed.
Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
