Solar activity on UT day 09-May is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed is
expected to be moderate to high. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly
normal with mild degradations possible at higher latitudes. Maximum
useable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be
near predicted monthly values to depressed by 20%. Minor shortwave
fadeouts are possible.
