On UT day 23-Mar solar activity in expected to be R0-R1. S0 solar
radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed is
expected to be moderate to high due to a CME arrival expected at
23/1100UT +/- 12 hours and an ongoing influence from a coronal hole
wind stream. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be initially G0,
with G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions expected for the second half of the
UT day. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be initially
normal becoming fair to poor for the second half of the UT day.
Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be
initially near predicted values to 15% enhanced with depressed
conditions possible by the end of the UT day.
