Solar activity on UT day 13-Mar is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed is
expected to be strong. G0-G2 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF
radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly fair to poor,
with stronger degradations in the southern hemisphere and at higher
latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be 15-20%
depressed. Brief shortwave fadeouts are possible.
