On UT day 28-Jan solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. The solar
wind is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected, with a slight chance for G1 in the second half of the day.
HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal, but
may become slightly degraded at the onset of geomagnetic activity.
Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted values to
15-20% enhanced. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
