Solar activity on UT day 01-Jan is expected to be at R1-R2 levels,
with a chance of R3. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be at G0-G1 levels, with a chance of G2 due
to an anticipated CME impact combined with ongoing CME impact effects.
HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly fair to
normal, with degradations due to anticipated geomagnetic activity.
Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly
values to 15% depressed. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
