Solar activity on UT day 27-Feb is expected to be at R0-R1 levels,
with a chance of R2. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected,
with a chance of S1. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to
moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of G1.
HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal, with
degradations possible at high latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted
monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
