On UT day 17-Dec solar activity is expected to be R0. The solar wind
speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions
with a chance of G1 are expected late in the day. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be normal to mildly degraded. Maximum
usable frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be near
predicted values. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
